DuitAman Terms of Use

By using DuitAman you agree to these terms. DuitAman is made by Bali Projects ("we"). The Indonesian version prevails if the two differ.

1. What DuitAman is

DuitAman helps you manage money until your next payday: recording income and spending, setting bills and savings aside first, then estimating how much is safe to spend each day. All data is stored on your phone (see the Privacy Policy).

2. Figures in the app are estimates

• The safe amount, payday forecast and summaries are estimates to help you plan, not a guarantee, and not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
• Results depend on the figures you enter. Keep your balance, payday and bills correct and up to date.
• Financial decisions remain your responsibility. For important decisions, seek professional advice.

3. No money moves

DuitAman does not connect to bank accounts, move money, pay bills or lend money. Buttons such as "Mark paid" or "Set aside" only record; they do not pay.

4. Your data, your responsibility

Because data only lives on your phone, we cannot recover it if the phone is lost or damaged or the data is deleted. Use Android backup to your Google account or export a CSV regularly.

5. DuitAman Plus

• Trial: all Plus features are free for 35 days from the end of setup, with no card and no automatic charge. After the trial you move to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.
• The Free plan keeps working: the daily safe amount, recording, bills, one savings goal, the monthly summary and CSV export. Existing data is never deleted or locked when the trial ends.
• Subscription: Rp9,900 per month, paid through Google Play (or the App Store). The price that applies is the one Google Play shows when you subscribe. It renews automatically each month until you cancel in Google Play's subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policy.
• Features marked "Soon" are not available yet. Plan contents may change; price changes for active subscribers are announced in advance as the app stores require.

6. Fair use

Do not reverse-engineer, modify or redistribute the app without permission, or use it to break the law.

7. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from financial decisions based on the app's estimates, from incorrect data entered, or from data lost on the phone.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page with a new effective date. By continuing to use the app after a change, you accept the new terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
