Privacy
Short version: this site collects almost nothing. A contact form you choose to fill in, and visitor statistics only if you agree to them. Nothing is sold, and there is no advertising or profiling anywhere on it.

Who is responsible
Bali Projects, a technology consulting practice based in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia, decides what this website collects and why. For anything in this policy, including a request to delete your data, write to info@baliprojects.com.
The contact form
If you send an enquiry, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your company if you gave one, the topic you picked, and your message. Our server also records your IP address and the time, which is how the form limits abuse.
That message is emailed to a mailbox on the same server and is used for one thing: replying to you and, if it goes further, running the work you asked about. It is not added to any mailing list, and it is not shared with anyone outside the practice.
The lawful basis is your request: you asked us to get in touch. Enquiries are kept as long as there is a live conversation or an active project, and for up to two years after the last contact so we can pick up a thread you may return to. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Analytics, only if you agree
We use Google Analytics 4 to see how many people visit, roughly where they are, and which sections get read. It helps us decide what to write more of. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing or profiling, and every advertising signal Google offers is explicitly switched off.
Nothing loads until you accept. Before you choose, no Google script is
fetched, no request leaves your browser, and no cookie is set. If you choose Reject,
that stays true, and any analytics cookie already present is deleted. Your choice is
remembered in your own browser's local storage under bp-consent, which is
not a cookie and is never sent to us.
You can change your mind whenever you like using the cookie choice link at the bottom of any page.

Those two are the only cookies this site can set, and only after you accept. There are no advertising, social or third-party tracking cookies anywhere on it.
Where your data goes
Analytics data is processed by Google, which means it may be handled on servers outside Indonesia, including in the United States, under Google's own data processing terms. This is the part that requires your consent, and it is why we ask.
Your enquiry itself does not go to Google or to any other company. It travels from the form to a mailbox on the same server, and stops there.
Server logs
Like every web host, ours keeps standard access logs: IP address, time, page requested, browser. These exist for security and troubleshooting, are kept for a short period by the hosting provider, and are not used to build any picture of you.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or withdraw analytics consent at any time. Withdrawing is a single click and needs no explanation. One email to info@baliprojects.com is enough for any of these, and we will answer within thirty days.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that affects what we collect, the date at the top changes with it and you will be asked for your analytics choice again.
